Each month the Melrose Youth Rugby Board run a ‘parent forum’.

These forums are open sessions for parents to attend to ask questions, raise issues, suggest ideas and generally understand and get involved with Melrose Rugby.

They follow a standard format…

• Open Forum

• Shorts & Socks Pickup

The forum will be held in the Melrose Rugby Clubrooms or Ned Haig Bar and will be available to watch/participate in on Zoom (link available to parents on the Melrose WhatsApp Community)

The youth section of Melrose Rugby is operated by the Melrose Youth Board.

There are representatives from the following sections within the Club on the Melrose Youth Board;

• Melrose Hornets

• Melrose Wasps

• Melrose Queen Bees

• Child Welfare Protection

Parent Forums are usually held at 7pm in the Club Rooms.

If this changes we will put out a notification in the WhatsApp community.

The Parent Forums are the ONLY place you can collect your child’s Shorts and Socks that they receive as part of membership.

These can be collected after the meeting.
