Registration is with your Pitch Manager at your allocated playing area. Please arrive and register at least 45 minutes before your team’s first scheduled kick-off. Your individual fixture schedule shows your team’s start and finish times.

An information desk will be available at the main entrance to the Greenyards from 9:15am until 10am. After 10am, we cannot guarantee that the desk will be staffed, but a map showing the location of each year group will be displayed, along with a QR code giving access to the festival website and programme.

Your Pitch Manager will confirm your team’s arrival and provide the coaches’ briefing before your team begins play.

Please note: We are not providing packed lunches or drinks for players. Please bring your own or enjoy the wide variety of food and refreshments available at the festival.
