Melrose Rugby Bulletin - 28/8/25
Afternoon Folks,
Hope everyone's week is going well! What a great start to the Premiership we had on Saturday and a wonderful inaugural 'Graham Dall Memorial Trophy, with a superb win for the 1XV. We've now got a really meaningful trophy for both clubs to play for. Graham Dall was an important figure to both Heriots & Melrose, and we're really pleased the Dall family supported the new trophy, we were delighted that Graham's father Fraser was available to present the trophy too.
There were some great performances which were recognised in the Offside Line's Dream Team of the week. Congrats to Jack Dobie, Angus Weir & Doug Crawford. (Although in Offside line did caption the picture of Doug with the name of Donald!) Honourable mentions also went to Finn Douglas, Corey Goldsbrough, Declan Mulcahy & Angus Runciman.
