The Melrose Rugby Girls Academy provides a dedicated development pathway for female players from U14 to U18. Focused on creating a supportive, ambitious, and high-performance environment, the programme delivers specialist coaching every Friday at Greenyards, integrated with strength and conditioning appropriate to each player's stage of growth.
