Hope you all had a good weekend, and a big THANK YOU to everyone who headed over to Selkirk to cheer on the boys – bit of a heartbreaker! Congrats to our very own Selkirk player, Monroe Job on his team's win!

This Week’s Rugby

This weekend the Storm head to Peebles to play the Reds on Friday evening with a 7pm kick off. U18s take to the Greenyards on Friday night against Jed Thistle, kick off 7pm. Saturday is the turn of the 1XV as we welcome Watsonians to the Greenyards. This is the first playing of the Bredalbane Cup for this season – it would certainly look good in our trophy cabinet!! Usual kick of time at 3pm. The weather is looking pretty good for Saturday, so please come on down and support the boys this weekend!

Saturday is also OKTOBERFEST –it’s the day we turn the 1877 into our version of a German Beer Hall! We’ve got a great lunch planned for you, we’ll have, Honey Roast Ham, Roasted Chicken Salad, German Bratwurst, German Potato Salad, Red Cabbage, Cauliflower Cheese with Crispy Onions. Dessert & Cheeseboard: Oktoberfest Cheeseboard- Pretzel, Cheese, Gherkin, Mustards, Breadsticks along with Mini Apple Meringue and Coffee with Mints! How’s that for a tasty spread!

Guinness Six Nations

The Guinness Six Nations home tickets have now been allocated. So all those who ordered will have tickets sitting in your accounts to pay for. Please make sure you pay for them before the 31st October, or they will disappear back to Scottish Rugby!
Away Games:
The ticket request form is on the website – this will close at the end of day on Tuesday 14th October. Also please note, this is a ballot and we are not guaranteed our full request.
