As part of my role as Head of Youth Rugby is to support and promote our coaches to help us develop a fun learning environment that our players, coaches and parents love being part of. We have big plans on where we want to be in three years’ time and along the way we want

to develop our own playing brand & identity from top to bottom to be unique to Melrose Rugby, create highly skilled players through our emphasis on game intelligence and positive environments and of course highly knowledgeable, empathetic and motivated coaches through
